Step 01
Inquiry & Proposal
After you send us an inquiry about your event, our team will create a custom proposal with an estimate for you to approve.
Step 02
Design Meeting
In this collaborative step, we will present several design options and details based on what fits within your budget and suits your vision and aesthetic. We will discuss flower varieties and colors, as well as size and composition. Our design team will guide you through this process to ensure a stress-free and enjoyable experience.
Step 03
Studio Prep
During this part of production, our team coordinates floral processing and design with expert care, and plans the logistics for your event’s installation. As always, we are here for any questions that may arise.
Step 04
Delivery & Setup
This step finally brings the vision to life! Our team arrives on site the day of the event to expertly install all items according to the design plan.
We coordinate post-event removal depending on client needs. Ask about options for floral donation.
Coordination Clients
Our coordination services allow you to experience your event, stress-free. Each event is unique, so we will create a custom plan and timeline that meets your specific needs and preferences.
The day of your event, our coordination team will manage all vendors and event details. We serve as the “go-to” for any questions that arise throughout the day, and we coordinate all timing and cues, facilitating smooth transitions for your guests.
